OUR MINISTRIES
Sharing and Caring
These men and women serve the community and church through their various outreach activities. Once a month, the members go throughout the community, as a part of their soup ministry, providing meals for shut-ins. They also support various outreach activities and programs within the church through their time, gifts and resources. These people truly have a servant's heart. They are always looking for new members!
Antioch Angels
This group of men and women, young and old, in partnership with the Chesapeake Housing Commission, build wheel chair ramps as well as other home improvements for those in need. In recent years, this group has been awarded group of the year and has had a member receive volunteer of the year thru the Chesapeake Housing Mission. These fine men and woman believe in serving God, and their hard-work shows!
Sunday school
Our church is committed to bringing more younger families and children to Antioch. In the past two years, we have renovated our bathrooms, including adding a changing table for those parents with children, have painted the upstairs Sunday School rooms, including bible images for kids to enjoy, as well as, made improvements to our nursery. Sunday School is offered for 1st grade-8th grade, and nursery is provided for younger children/infants. The Sunday School children learn about the Jesus and teachers use curriculums to enhance student learning. Our kids enjoy it!

Men and Women's Bible Study

on Saturday mornings. The men meet at 6:30 am and
the women meet 9:00 am. Both groups meet in the church
parlor. Feel free to join a group , as they learn and interpret
the God-breathed Word together!
Community service
Antioch believes in helping the community through our time, gifts and resources. We financially support the Seton Center, Heiffer Project, St. Jude's, Red Bird Mission: Kentucky, the Gideons, Relay for Life, Hope Ministries and the Lower Shore Shelter. In addition, often members of our church are helping other groups as we strive, by the grace of God, to serve others as Christ as called us to do. We continue to practice the importance of serving local, national and world communities.
